Housekeeper

Job Title: Housekeeper

 As head housekeeper you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of various accommodations and facilities within our destination.   Your primary goal will be to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests through thorough housekeeping duties. 

Key Responsibilities:

 1. Perform cleaning tasks, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of accommodations. 

2. Make beds, change linens, and ensure all guest rooms and common areas are well-maintained and organized. 

3. Stock and replenish amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens in guest rooms and common areas. 

4. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored. 

5. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel. 6. Collaborate with other staff members to provide exceptional guest service and support. 7. Follow established cleaning protocols and standards to meet cleanliness and hygiene requirements. 

8. Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. 

Qualifications:  

1. Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, preferably in a hospitality setting. 

2. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment. 

3. Ability to work efficiently and independently with attention to detail. 

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

5. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects. 

6. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
